Dr. Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, popularly known as JANDOR, has officially defected from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Announcing his decision at a press briefing yesterday, JANDOR stated that his move was driven by his commitment to the progress of Lagos State and his belief in the importance of unity among progressives to achieve the collective aspirations of the people.
Reflecting on his 2023 gubernatorial bid under the PDP, he emphasized that his goal was always to serve Lagosian. However, he now sees the APC as a more viable platform to fulfill his promises of good governance.
JANDOR expressed gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Chief of Staff Femi Gbajabiamila, and the President’s son, Seyi Tinubu, for their support in facilitating his return to the APC.
Reassuring his supporters, he stated that his decision was made in the best interest of Lagos and encouraged them to join him in embracing this new political journey to build a better Lagos for all.
