A controversial United Kingdom-based pastor, Tobi Adegboyega, has stated that he has never been to a night club or seen at a club.
Speaking during an appearance on Channels TV’s Politics Today on Monday, Adegboyega said he only goes to restaurants with some of his friends from Nigeria and around the world.
The 44-year-old said: “I have never been seen in a night club but in a restaurant with some of my friends.
“I preached my first message at the age of eight and I have been preaching since then.
The founder of Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church said his motive for flaunting his lifestyle was to help young people believe there are legitimate ways of making money.
Adegboyega also insisted that he doesn’t benefit from the church’s finances despite being accused of fraud.
PUNCH Online reports that the controversial pastor was seen at a London night club with Nigerian artiste, David Adeleke, popular known as Davido.
Davido had stormed the London club in the company of some women and his aides, while Adegboyega was seen sitting beside the artiste.
