As the current academic session draws to a close, the leadership of the Federal University Oye-Ekiti Students’ Union Government (FUOYESUG) acknowledges that some of you may need to undertake additional coursework to fulfill the necessary requirements for graduation.
Following careful consideration and consultation with the university management, we are delighted to announce that measures have been put in place to ensure the additional unit allocations for those in need.
To facilitate a seamless and efficient process, we jindly request your prompt attention to the following requirements:
If you are a final year student in need of extra units, please submit your name, matriculation number and number of extra units needed to your Departmental Secretary General on orbefore Saturday, 14th December, 2024 through your Class Governor.
This information is crucial for the processing of your request. All Faculty Secretary Generals are expected to reach out their all Departmental Secretary General and compile the list of students from their respective departments and submit them to the SUG Secretary General on or before Monday, 16h December, 2024.
Please note that late submissions will not be entertained, and only students who submit their requests through the proper channel will be considered. We urge you to take advantage of this opportunity and ensure that you meet the graduation requirements.
