A Nigerian US veteran has shared his account of being allegedly mistreated by police officers after a confrontation in which one of the officers pointed a gun at him.
He said he had gone out last night when he encountered a police officer who accosted him, pointing his gun at him.
He said as a soldier, his immediate reaction was to protect himself so he shoved the officer’s weapon aside and this led to a scuffle between him and three officers that led to his shirt getting torn.
