Police operatives in Rivers have arrested four persons in connection with the sudden disappearance of a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member in the state.
Yahaya Faruq, a corps member serving in Ikuru Town, Andoni Local Government Area of Rivers State, went missing after reporting for work at his part-time job at LDM Chinese Mining Company in the area on October 14.

The spokesperson for the state police command, Grace Iringe-Koko, confirmed the corps member’s disappearance to journalists on Tuesday in Port Harcourt.
She said: “Yes, I am aware of it.
“No fewer than four persons have been arrested and transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) for a discreet investigation.”
