Nollywood Star Kamo State Welcomes First Child With Wife Esther Mide

Popular Nollywood actor and skitmaker, Akinyoola Ayoola, better known as Kamo  is now a proud father. On May 3, 2025, Kamo and his wife, Esther Mide, joyfully announced the birth of their first child via their Instagram pages.

The couple, who had a star-studded wedding on December 4, 2024, shared that their baby arrived in April 2025. Kamo expressed heartfelt gratitude to his wife for her strength through the pregnancy and delivery, calling their newborn “the greatest gift.”

A touching video posted online included a prayer from Nollywood icon Funke Akindele, who had earlier shown support and love to the couple. Her emotional message for Esther during her pregnancy highlighted the strong bond within the Nollywood community.
