Sowore expressed support for human rights lawyer, Dele Farotimi, who is currently being imprisoned in Ekiti State.
Omoyele Sowore, the former African Action Congress presidential aspirant has stated that Nigeria’s Judiciary needs a reset.
He stated this on his X page.
According to him, he’s happy that Nigerians have realized that the Judiciary needs an urgent reset.
He added that the way Nigerians protested against police during #endsars, same thing will happen to the Judiciary.
He wrote:
“What Chief Afe Babalola & his powerful friends haven’t understood in the Dele Farotimi is same way Nigeria Police Force did not see #EndSARS coming, just like #EndSARS, Nigerians have come to the irrefutable conclusion that the Nigerian judiciary NOW ready for a reset!” he said.
