The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has suspended the Executive Secretary of the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), Mr Shehu Ahmed.
The Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media to the Minister, Mr. Lere Olayinka, announced the suspension in a statement on Thursday in Abuja.

Olayinka, who did not give reasons for the suspension, said it took immediate effect.
He added that Ahmed had been directed to hand over to the FCDA Director of Engineering Services.
