The wife of late Nollywood actor, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu, Stella Maris, has paid tribute to her husband on what would have been his 63rd birthday.
In an Instagram post on Thursday, accompanied by photos of their family, Stella shared fond memories of how Mr. Ibu cherished and celebrated his birthdays.
“Today is my late husband’s birthday (Mr. IBU). This will mark the first birthday without him celebrating with us here,” she wrote.
“I can’t forget how he used to cherish and celebrate his birthdays. We miss him so much. May his soul continue to rest in eternal peace. Amen.”
Fans and colleagues took to the comments section to offer condolences and wish Mr. Ibu a happy posthumous birthday.
