Gospel singer Ada Ehi has warned Christians against participating in Halloween celebrations.
She gave the warning on her Instagram.
Ada questioned the motivations behind Christian participation and warned of potential spiritual consequences.
She cited biblical passages, including Revelation 3:16 (NKJV), which warns against lukewarm faith, and 1 Corinthians 10:21 (NKJV), highlighting the incompatibility of serving God while engaging in practices associated with darkness.
She wrote: “Dear Christian, when you participate in Halloween, what exactly are you celebrating?
“So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of my mouth” (Revelation 3:16, NKJV).
“1 Corinthians 10:21 (NKJV), “You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot partake of the Lord’s Table and the table of demons.”
