Senator Shehu Sani, a former Nigerian lawmaker, has reacted to the resignation of Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Media & Publicity.
Sani said that Ngelale can now rest well and regain some weight.
He said: “Ajuri can now rest well, sleep well, eat well, switch off his phone and even add some weight.”
Ngelale revealed his decision to take an indefinite leave of absence from his official duties in a memo submitted to the Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, on Friday.
Ngelale cited pressing medical issues affecting his immediate family as the primary reason for the decision.
He will also temporarily step away from his duties as Special Presidential Envoy on Climate Action and Chairman of the Presidential Steering Committee on Project Evergreen.
