Popular Nigerian comedian, Mr. Jollof, has called out Air Peace Airlines over its frequent flight delays.
He expressed frustrations over the airline’s lack of accountability for customer losses.
He suggested that if the airline struggles to operate effectively, they should consider switching to a point of sales business instead.
Mr. Jollof also urged Nigeria’s Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, to take action against airlines that mistreat their customers.
He shared his personal experience of being delayed on a 3 PM flight to Abuja, which didn’t take off until 9:30 PM, despite having flown with Air Peace more than 50 times this year.
He questioned the airline’s operational issues and whether they have enough planes to meet the demand.
