The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, received his twin children at the palace on Sunday, August 18.
The twins, Prince Adeshina Ogunwusi and Princess Adesewa Ogunwusi, were welcomed to Ooni’s palace in Ile-Ife, Osun State, five months after their birth.
The joyful occasion was announced by the monarch’s Private Secretary, Adewale Adetoyese in a statement made available to newsmen.
The twins, born by Oba Ogunwusi’s third wife, Olori Tobi Phillips, were initially welcomed by the royal family on March 16, 2024.
Following their birth, the mother and children had been living outside the palace.
