The Senior Pastor of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, Biodun Fatoyinbo, has returned to the police for further interrogation over the rape allegation levelled against him by celebrity photographer, Bukola Dakolo.
Recall that it was reported that the COZA pastor was at the Force Criminal Investigation Department, Garki Area 10, Abuja, on Tuesday where he was questioned by a team led by Assistant Commissioner of Police, Adaku Anya.
The wife of the popular Nigerian singer, Timi Dakolo, had alleged that the COZA founder raped him twenty years ago at her parents’ residence in Ilorin, Kwara State.
Pastor Fatoyinbo was, however, granted bail on Tuesday and directed to return on Wednesday by the police.
There are indications that he may be charged to court if the police finds him culpable for the alleged crime.
